Job Summary: 
Are you a proactive problem-solver who can see the "why" behind a machine's failure? We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hayesville, NC. In this role, you are the backbone of our operations, ensuring our high-tech production lines stay running and our facility stays safe. If you have a passion for mechanical and electrical systems and want to grow in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. 
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Maintain: Execute precise preventive maintenance schedules to keep our machines in top shape. 

• Fix: Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems on the fly. 

• Improve: Work on equipment upgrades and find ways to make our processes even better. 

• Record: Keep detailed logs of your work to maintain our high-quality certifications. 

• Education: High school diploma  

• Industrial Expertise: Proven experience maintaining industrial machinery such as CNC machines, conveyor systems, motors, pumps, and HVAC systems.

• Core Systems Knowledge: Working knowledge of PLC functionality, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and complex fluid power systems (hydraulics/pneumatics). 

• Fabrication Skills: Proficiency in welding (MIG/Resistance) and metal fabrication. 
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that includes noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Technical certification or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Engineering.
