Designed by Denis Griffiths, the golf course winds through wildlife preserves, ponds and streams framed in by the mountains. With five sets of tees, all skill levels will be able to enjoy a layout that is maintained to standards you'd expect.
Featuring five miles of trails, the new Stables primarily offers one- and two-hour guided mountain trail rides, accommodating all experience levels, from beginner to advanced.
Lake Chatuge’s marinas, boat rentals, swimming, and other water sports makes it one of the best lakes in Georgia. Choose from locally rented pontoon boats, ski boats, jet skis, kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards to enjoy a day on the lake. Or bring your own boat, and explore along Lake Chatuge’s 130-plus miles of shoreline with naturally formed coves, inlets, and hideouts.
This treasure of a North Georgia lake just a short drive or flight away in the quaint towns of Hiawassee and Young Harris, Georgia, nestled in the stunning North Georgia mountains.
Our community treasure: Towns County Beach on Lake Chatuge, is open free to the public where you can find a sandy beach to swim in the lake, get some sun, have a picnic, and enjoy the playground.
