Description
The Order Management Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position support Production Scheduling to maintain a smooth order flow from entry to fulfillment. 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and validate customer orders in the ERP system
  • Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with scheduling department regarding order updates
  • Maintain accurate records and support continuous process improvements
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and order processing
  • Excellent Communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or supply chain operations preferred
