The Dining Facilities Manager at the Hinton Center, a Christian Retreat Center, plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional food and hospitality, fostering guest loyalty and repeat visits. Working hours depend on reservations and include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with November – January as a relatively slow season. This role sets a standard of outstanding hospitality for both staff and guests, ensuring a consistently clean and safe kitchen environment. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, setting schedules, and managing performance expectations. The Manager also organizes necessary training for the team, designs menus tailored to group size and dietary needs and oversees food ordering within budget constraints.
