Project Chimps is the newest chimpanzee sanctuary in the United States and provides lifelong care to former research chimpanzees in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia. Come learn about these chimpanzees and how Project Chimps is helping them transition from research laboratories to an enriched habitat that allows them to live as they would in the wild. Although this program is geared to older children, children of all ages are welcome. A take-and-make activity will be available for younger children. https://projectchimps.org/
