TECH TALK 3.0 – (Simulcast) - by Mike Masiello
5 Sessions - No Special Requirements other than COVID guidelines.
Tech Talk 3.0 will be the third comprehensive technology course I have presented through ICL. It will be the first class in the Tech Talk series of classes presented at the ICL classroom. Some of the topics being presented are: Broadband/Internet connectivity options in our mountain area; entertainment streaming options; security topics (online and offline) and Windows 10 administration tips. This will be a 5 week course, however depending on how the class progresses it could be extended to 6 weeks.
Since this will be an in person class I would like to encourage students to bring their electronic devices that they have questions about or issues with. We will take time during each class to address those questions and issues and possibly come up with answers. I'm hoping this will be a good way for all of us to learn things from each other."
Mike has been working in the IT industry in one form or another since the early 1980's. He is currently still working part time as a System Administrator. Mike and his wife live in Young Harris and think it is one of the nicest areas in the country to live. They enjoy hiking the local trails and the AT, gardening, visiting the many antique stores in the area and of course taking classes at ICL.
