Ray Ashurst, 6 Sessions, Wednesdays, January 16 – February 20, 3:15 pm – 5:15 pm
All of us have experienced the loss of a significant person. The journey to healing can be lonely at times. This course discusses the type of losses and how to cope and to adjust to the deaths of a loved one. Each person must travel through the grieving process in one's own way and timeline, and this course discusses the stages of grief. This class will give insights on ways for friends and family members to help those who are going through the grief process.
