DELICIOUS WHOLE GRAIN BAKING – Class Limit 15 by Ann Marie Stanczyk
Using whole grains has always been a great way to obtain lots of nutrients and avoid the diabetic dangers of white starches. We will discuss the health benefits of all the ingredients we use, and then combine them in the classroom and bake them at home. Wonderful tastes and smells are guaranteed. No baking experience necessary, as these will be very easy recipes. There will be a $20 supply fee collected at the first class.
Ann Marie is a Medical Technologist with a Master's degree in Nutrition. She worked with Dr. Cindy Libert for 6 years as the Nutritionist for her practice. Together they successfully lowered patients' sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure and weight, using diet and lifestyle changes.
