DESCRIPTION:There will be a Veterans Day Service on Tuesday.\, November 11\, 2025 at Towns County Veterans Park in Hiawassee\, Ga at 11AM. The Towns County High School Band will be in attendance and play the National Anthem and Patriotic Hymns. Taps will also be played. \n\n \n\nWe will be adding 11 Veterans names to our Memorial Wall of Honor this year. \n\n \n\nThanks goes to the following organizations for their support: American Legion Post 23 and Auxiliary\, VFW Post 7807 and Auxiliary.\n\n \n\nAll Veterans are encouraged to attend and be recognized. \n\n \n\nFor more information please contact Commander Terry Howard at 312-898-2823.
